In this journey we can take two paths. One would to be in a rush and the other would be to be in patience. Sometimes when we are rushing, we lose control and our emotions get the best of us. The second path, patience, has always been a struggle for me in relationships particularly, but in many other ways as well. I have learned to be patient in business, allowing my brand to develop itself, and not rushing after any deals that sound good, but having patience to respect the process.
The other aspect where I have shown patience has been with my health in my fight against Cancer. As I am fighting this terrible disease, I have endured so much that would make me not want to have patience. But I realize this fight isn’t just my fight. It is also about the person who I am allowing to lead me to help me to overcome this cancerous disease. That would be our great God. Since 2004, I have battled Hodgkins Disease Lymphoma in many different forms, from Non-Hodgkins to Bone Marrow Malignancy, and today, I am on my 3rd battle of Lymphoma. I have never allowed this disease to define me because of my strong faith in God. I am humble, but I have learned the value of “God’s Timing”– his timing is not my own. And it has grown my understanding and faith in him. The process seems too big, but the journey is rewarding in the end. He gives me signs that he is near, and those signs I apply to my inner soul to make me calm and keep focus.
Don’t be in a rush to win the race, just finish strong He’s waiting for you as he has been leading you back home. May you be in peace as you continue your journey of life, stay focused and in prayer.

Yes the bumps in the road are there, but every bump is worth the sacrifice. God has never failed me, nor is he ever late. He’s there at the right moments that help to strengthen me. I am soley completed in his creation and light. He created me for greatness, and with a purpose for success in sharing his amazing love. I find my strength in him, not man. For this world is not my home, I am only passing through, for he has something greater for me than I can ever imagine. I seek his understanding for the direction in my life. Man cannot create what God has already created. God’s Timing is incredible!
